What Happens After You Get in Touch
The first reply is a short conversation, not a pitch. We will ask what rooms you are thinking about, roughly how large they are, whether there is existing paper on the walls, and whether you have already chosen a material. For a single accent wall that is often enough to give you a realistic range on the spot. For anything larger, or anything in a building with access restrictions, we will book a site visit, because measuring in person is the only way to price substrate work honestly.
At the visit we measure, check wall condition and moisture, confirm roll count against the paper you are considering, and talk through anything that concerns us — a plaster wall that needs lining, a shower bathroom that will destroy an uncoated paper, a south-facing wall where a dark print will fade. You then get a written quote with the preparation work itemised separately from hanging, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
