Accent Walls
One wall, done exactly right — the fastest way to change a room without touching anything else. We centre the pattern on the wall rather than starting blind in a corner, so the repeat reads deliberate from the doorway.

Anything over 5,000 square feet stops being a wallpaper job and becomes a logistics job. We run a separate workflow for it: a single point of contact, a submittal package before mobilization, and crews sized to the schedule rather than the room. That workflow has covered condo tower amenity floors in Edgewater, boutique hotel corridors on the beach side, multifamily unit rollouts, medical suites and phased office refits where three floors turn over on three different weekends.
Four services that cover almost every residential wallcovering request we take in Miami-Dade, from a single feature wall to a whole-house re-paper.
One wall, done exactly right — the fastest way to change a room without touching anything else. We centre the pattern on the wall rather than starting blind in a corner, so the repeat reads deliberate from the doorway.
Grasscloth, sisal, silk and linen-backed goods need paste-the-wall handling, dry hands and panel sequencing planned before the first drop goes up. We colour-match sheets across the run so the seams do not stripe under Florida daylight.
Steam, strip, scrape the residual paste, wash and re-prime — the boring sequence that decides whether the next paper lies flat. We protect floors and fixtures and haul the debris out with us the same day.
Numbered mural panels have zero margin for error — one panel hung out of sequence and the whole scene breaks. We dry-lay the sequence, mark the plumb line and hang from the focal point outward.
Every job includes precision seam alignment, a protected and cleaned workspace, and low-VOC adhesives and eco-friendly materials as standard.

On-site measurement and material advice. We check wall condition, confirm roll count and dye lot, and tell you if the paper you picked will fight the wall it is going on.
Professional application with zero mess. Floors and furniture covered, plumb line snapped, panels hung in sequence, and the site cleaned before we leave each day.
Every seam checked with you before we leave. If something is not right you point at it and we fix it there and then, not on a return visit three weeks later.
Walker Premium Wallpaper is an owner-led installation company working across Miami and the surrounding Miami-Dade communities. Kevin Walker has been hanging wallcoverings for nine years and has taken the business past a hundred completed projects, split fairly evenly between homes and commercial interiors. On a typical month that means a chinoiserie dining room in Coral Way, a grasscloth headboard wall in Coconut Grove, a corridor refit for a boutique operator in Wynwood, and a designer-specified mural in a Design District showroom. The common thread is not the price point, it is that the person quoting the job is the person on the wall.
Miami makes wallpaper harder than most of the country, and pretending otherwise is how installs fail. Summer humidity keeps adhesive open longer, so panels can creep if they are hung to a schedule rather than to the wall. Older houses in Coral Way and parts of the Grove are plaster over masonry, which needs lining paper or a skim coat before anything decorative goes near it, while a Brickell or Edgewater tower is level five drywall that shows every imperfection under downlights. Concrete block exterior walls also carry more moisture than framed interior partitions, so we test before we prime rather than after the paper bubbles. Add HOA rules, elevator reservations, certificate-of-insurance requirements and loading dock windows, and the paperwork side of a high-rise install is genuinely half the work.
Beyond the city line we cover the same radius we always have. Coral Gables sends us Mediterranean Revival houses with deep plaster reveals and dining rooms built for pattern. Pinecrest is large-lot family homes where nurseries and playrooms drive most of the calls. Aventura is condo towers, where scheduling and building compliance matter as much as the hanging itself. Key Biscayne brings salt-air moisture considerations into every material recommendation, and Coral Springs, further inland in Broward, is steady family-home work with a good deal of wallpaper removal from nineties-era installs. Travel inside that radius is priced into the quote, not bolted on afterwards.
If you are searching for a wallpaper installer near me and want someone who will tell you honestly whether your wall is ready, call (786) 304-2325 or send the form on this page. Estimates are free, we do not sell over the phone, and for anything larger than a single accent wall we will come and measure before quoting. Whether it is wallpaper removal in Miami, commercial wallcovering for a tenant fit-out, or one accent wall installation you have been thinking about for a year, the first conversation costs nothing.
We can, or you can. Many clients buy their own paper from a designer or a showroom in the Design District, and we hang it. If you would rather we handle it, we order through trade accounts with major wallcovering mills and pass the trade price on, which usually saves 10 to 25 percent against retail. Either way we confirm roll count and dye lot before the install date.
A single accent wall of 60 to 120 square feet is normally a half day. A powder room takes one full day because of the cuts around fixtures. A standard bedroom or dining room runs one to two days, and a full high-rise condo interior can take four to eight days. Removal of old paper adds roughly a day per two rooms.
Yes. Walker Premium Wallpaper is licensed, bonded and carries general liability plus workers' compensation coverage. We issue certificates of insurance naming the building, association or general contractor as additional insured, which is what most Brickell and Aventura condo boards require before they will approve an elevator reservation.
Almost always. Hanging new paper over old is a short-term fix that telegraphs every seam underneath. We steam and strip the existing paper, scrape residual adhesive, wash the substrate, patch and sand any damage, then apply a pigmented wallcovering primer so the new paper releases cleanly the next time around.
Most Miami-area residential installs land between 4 and 9 dollars per square foot for labor, depending on pattern match, ceiling height and substrate condition. Grasscloth, silk and hand-printed papers sit at the top of that range because they need paste-the-wall handling and exact panel sequencing. Removal is quoted separately, typically 2 to 4 dollars per square foot.
Non-woven and traditional paper, vinyl and Type II commercial vinyl, grasscloth and sisal, silk, linen and other fabric-backed goods, peel-and-stick, and digitally printed murals supplied as numbered panels. We also hang lining paper over rough plaster, which is common in older Coral Way and Coconut Grove houses.
Yes. We work throughout Miami-Dade and into south Broward, including Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Aventura, Key Biscayne and Coral Springs. Travel inside that radius is included in the quote. For projects further out we will still come and look, and we will tell you honestly if a mobilization charge applies.
